Tremco provides employees and their eligible dependents with access to comprehensive benefit programs. Eligibility for and participation in most benefits are available after 30 days of regular service for full-time employees. Part-time employees are eligible for some benefits. Medical Insurance
Tremco offers an Aetna Open Choice POSII medical plan with single and family coverage options with varying payroll deductions, annual deductibles, coinsurance percentages, and out-of-pocket limits. The plan includes flat co-pays for in-network office visits, physicals, urgent care facilities, walk-in clinics, and outpatient mental health and chemical dependency treatment. Tremco covers spouses and dependent children up to age 26.

Prescription Drug Insurance
Tremco covers most prescription drugs through the medical plan with flat co-pays for generic and brand name drugs. The plan also offers Aetna Home Delivery to obtain a 90-day supply for the cost of a 60-day supply.

Dental Insurance
Tremco allows you to choose between two dental options to help you with your dental expenses. The options include an Aetna PPO plan and a DMO plan. Employees can obtain dental insurance as part of the medical plan or as a dental only plan. Both plans include coverage for preventative care, restorative care, and orthodontia.

Vision
Tremco offers both the Aetna Vision Discount and EyeMed Vision Insurance for eye exams, glasses, and contacts. Participation in EyeMed Vision requires enrollment and a monthly deduction.

Reimbursement Accounts
Employees can contribute up to $5,000 pre-tax per year per account (health care and dependent care) to help defray health care and childcare expenses.

Life Insurance
Tremco provides employees with company-paid term life insurance equal to 2 times eligible earnings. Employees may purchase additional life insurance up to 3 times eligible earnings (maximum of $300,000 total). Employees may also purchase additional coverage for their spouses (up to $30,000) and/or their dependent children ($10,000 for each child).

Accidental Death & Dismemberment
Tremco provides employees with company-paid accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) coverage equal to 2 times eligible earnings. Employees may purchase additional voluntary AD&D insurance up to 3 times eligible earnings (maximum of $300,000 each). Family AD&D coverage is also available.

Business Travel Insurance
Tremco provides employees with company-paid business travel coverage at 5 times eligible earnings (maximum of $800,000). Business travel insurance is an AD&D insurance that is payable if accident occurs while traveling on business.

Disability Insurance
Tremco provides employees with both short-term disability and long-term disability coverage at no cost. Employees may be eligible to receive short-term disability wage continuation for up to 26 weeks. Employees may be eligible to receive long-term disability for up to 60% of eligible earnings.

401(k)
Employees with 3 months of full-time regular service or 1 year and 1,000 hours of part-time service are eligible to contribute up to 50% of their pay pre-tax or Roth with RPM making a matching contribution equaling 100% of the first 3% contributed and 50% of the additional percentage up to 5% contributed. Both employee contributions and the company match are immediately 100% vested.

Retirement Plan
Tremco provides full-time or part-time employees with a company-funded defined benefit pension plan. Eligibility requires one year of service and 1,000 hours worked with 100% vesting after 5 years of service.

Stock Purchase Plan
Employees can purchase RPM common stock through convenient post-tax payroll deduction.

Holidays
Tremco observes 11 paid holidays each calendar year. Part-time employees are eligible for holiday pay on traditional or Company-designated holidays if they are otherwise scheduled to work on the day which the holiday falls.


Vacation
Full-time regular employees accrue 10 vacations per year pro-rated based on their hire date. Regular part-time employees are eligible for vacation after 1 year of service and 1,000 hours worked. Part-time vacation time is pro-rated based on hours worked in the prior service year.


Tuition Reimbursement
Employees with 1 year of service may be eligible for tuition reimbursement. Tuition reimbursement guidelines are provided in the company handbook.
